Rules are set for the betterment of the whole company. This way, people can operate with minimal complains and understand each other despite their different backgrounds. If one decides to work against the regulation law of a country, they are not in any way spared, and may even end up loosing their jobs in the future due to lack of respect. There is nothing as good as working in an environment where the rules and regulations of a place are followed, this will help in making sure that productivity is improved and employees understand what working as a team means. It is important to have laws which protect you from indiscipline and lack of focus, because many people are only able to work under maximum supervision, which means these laws are an added advantage to them. Keep yourself up to date with all he information concerning the laws of your company, so that you do not find yourself on the wrong side of it unaware. Laws should be followed at all times, since they are the root of all successful companies and people.
