Rules are set for the betterment of the whole company. This way, people can operate with minimal complains and understand each other despite their different backgrounds. If one decides to work against the regulation law of a country, they are not in any way spared, and may even end up loosing their jobs in the future due to lack of respect. There is nothing as good as working in an environment where the rules and regulations of a place are followed, this will help in making sure that productivity is improved and employees understand what working as a team means. It is important to have laws which protect you from indiscipline and lack of focus, because many people are only able to work under maximum supervision, which means these laws are an added advantage to them. Keep yourself up to date with all he information concerning the laws of your company, so that you do not find yourself on the wrong side of it unaware. The other day, a team of professional sales and marketing personnel were visiting most of the companies in the town where I work. I had a chance to talk to them because they came in our company. Their main message was to encourage sales graduates to advance their studies because there were greater chances of improving themselves in their careers. This was true because a sales person like me has never bothered to go back to college since I graduated with a diploma in sales and marketing, and many companies were now looking into employing university graduates with better terms of employment. I was afraid to ask how I was going to get another job once I advanced my skills. As if they were reading my mind, one of the guys told me of tamworth telesales jobs, which helped many graduates in getting better jobs according to their qualifications. My dad last year was very ill and we had spent so much money on the same, although he was not getting well. We had to transfer him to another hospital, but we could not afford all the costs involved. Fortunately, we had already been told about a sick benefit that we could apply for from the government. Mum did all the application and after a few days we were transferring dad to a better hospital for better medical care. He has so far recovered so well. We are all grateful to the government for that support. Were it not for the benefits, we would be so lost on what to do. Mum had even contemplated on taking him home without medical help because she had exhausted all her savings, to wait for the worst to happen. Government benefits are there for real, and they are for all types of people. We did not get the benefits because we are poor, but because we were needy at that particular time. So many people fail to apply for these benefits because they think that they are only meant for the poor. |

I'd say that housing planners should always consider the social aspect to housing when making their viability studies.
I live in a small little town and our neighborhood consists of about 200 people, give or take some. One thing I love about this town is that we all know each other so if you are ever in need of help or are stranded somewhere, you can guarantee that they will help you out in anyway possible. Another thing that is so great about this neighborhood is that if someone tries to mess with you or your family, you have an entire community on your side. Though just like any other neighborhood, there are a few downsides. One bad thing about this neighborhood is that we have more bars than grocery stores and gas stations combined, which means on occasion you will see some stumbling fellow walking down the street. Do not be alarmed they are completely harmless, but if you gave them a ride home, you could guarntee that when your drunking trying to get home, they will return the favor (Note: NOT encouraging anyone to pick up strangers). Also, we are located near a jail so that is kind of a downfall knowing potential dangerous people are being released and walking right by your neighborhood. Otherwise, our neighborhood is a family oriented, friendly, and loving community that takes care of each other. |

My basic strategy of handling finances is - 'protect yourself against inflation’, I avoid buying products which deflate in value as soon as the purchase is made. Best examples are cars and electronic Items. I prefer buying pre-used electronic items as they give me the best value. What is the point in buying the latest gadget at a marked up price when it will be worthless in 3 years? I also avoid buying premium branded clothes as I prefer to dress modestly. Clothes are one of the items where Gen-Y seems to allocate more of its money. As for my savings, I put them in Gold ETF’s and High interest savings deposits to protect myself against inflation. Gold ETF’s give inflation protection, and at the same time they ensure liquidity and we can avoid the hassle of physical storage of Gold. I also avoid all credit cards and use my bank linked Debit card for all my transactions.

This generation has been affected with all sorts of diseases that are terminal and are also affecting many people. This diseases can be in form of disabilities which can be both physical and mental. My friend will be having a party this weekend and she is planning to serve chocolate chip cupcakes for dessert but all her cupcake pans are already quite old so she is asking me for some tips about what kind of pan to get for this purpose considering that I know a lot about baking. I told her that basically she has two choices, metal or silicone pans for cupcakes. If she is looking for convenience, then she can just purchase the metal ones since it could be lined with disposable cupcake liners, so she doesn’t have to do much cleaning. However if she prefers one made of silicone that can withstand oven temperatures and looks really attractive, she needs to collect and clean the cups after every use. She thanked me profusely for the tips and reminded me to come to the party early so that will have time to talk before everybody arrives and the night gets busy. |
