Express Yourself During These Miserable Times

I don't care if it's cold or if we're in a recession - we have one short life to live, so make the most of each day. Don't read the papers - they love to give you all the bad news as does the TV. If it's cold, go out anyway - go for a walk - you'll soon warm up. As for clothing, you don't need to wear frumpy clothes just because it's cold outside. I like to put on my black lace gloves just as a matter of expressing my individuality.
I know - it's hard to change - we're all creatures of habit, BUT if you can change, you will see that much more is possible in the day to day life. Just a simple thing like wearing some more extravagant clothing will show you that you have power of your choices, and that will open up more opportunities for you.
