Figuring Out Why Mom’s Samsung Phone is Not Charging

Mom called me up last night. She asked me if I know anything about samsung phone not charging. At the age of fifty, it is understandable why my mother is no longer capable to figure out why such things happen. In fact, this is the first time she had her own cellular phone. My husband and I gave it to her last Christmas. Although it’s been almost a year since she acquired the device, she still knows very little about its operation. She knows how to place and receive a call but she does not know how to send a text message. No matter how many times I try to teach her how to compose a message through her cell phone, she is really having a hard time creating one. I already taught her how to charge her phone properly but I still have a feeling that she did it erroneously again last night. I will try to get to her place the soonest possible time so I can really see what must have been wrong with the charger or the phone.
