Just came to a realization that the common cause of negligence and less productivity in the work place is as a cause of lack of reading. It does not matter what king of profession that you are in, you will never become the best if you do not read to improve your skills. This is a time that is constantly changing and if you cannot take initiative to assimilate to change then you will not be able to be the best in what you do. The most renown surgeons in the world, reach there by extensive reading and research. They take advantage of technology considering it is the one that is changing the world and they think of ways to practice new and better procedures. This does not only happen or even apply to doctors.
