My mother says to me all the time that if it could have been possible, I could have been born walking and running around. This is because I was a very active baby, and that has not changed now that I am going to college. When I was a child, as long as I was comfortable, then I would not bother anyone, I would play my own games uninterrupted and my best moments is when my mum took me out to the park to ride my bicycle or when my dad used to take me to amusement parks. When I finished high school, my friends and I under the consent of our parents, went back packing to Europe and must I say that was an experience to die for. When we came back from the trip, we had to start a new chapter in life, college. My mom said that I would love it. She even bought me a laptop even if I thought that I did not need one. I realized having a laptop is just like having a book and the most important part of it was the internet. Learning how to connect your laptop to the internet is not a hard thing especially if you are in college. This is because colleges are hot spots for wireless internet and as long as you turn the wireless access internet on, then you are going to be able to connect to the internet very easily. |

I personally use Facebook for a very limited amount of time every day, and yes, I am a college student. To this you may say "A college student? You're the prime demographic to be sucked in to the horrible time-waster that is Facebook!" And to you I say, stop stereotyping. I have better things to do during what precious free time I have, I work 20 hours a week and am taking 16 credits, and between class, homework, and my job, I have limited free time. I don't care for Facebook banners or Farmville. My time is better spent studying and relaxing than catching up on the lives of the hundreds of people that I may or may not be friends with, and may or may not actually care about. In fact, I could care less about most of these people's college experiences, specifically those who still don't know the difference between Twitter and Facebook's status updates. |

When I'm not reviewing websites on a website design directory I work for, I love going over to eBay to find bargains and also sell my own items too. It is my favourite website for many reasons and I will briefly talk about them. If I am looking for something that I need or want and want to save a lot of money, then I go to eBay because it is the cheapest and easiest way to buy items online. Also if I am looking to clear some room in my house and want to make some extra cash by selling things, I go to eBay. If I am in need to make some money on the side, I will go to garage sales and find antiques or other things for a low price, then turn around and sell them on eBay. So whether or not you want to make money or spend your money the right way, eBay is the place to go to. It is easy to use and I recommend it for everyone. |

My family planned to go for a summer vacation at Hong Kong. The last time I visited the place was I was still in grade three. I could barely remember a thing perhaps the Ocean Park was the only place I remembered we visited. To make everything memorable, I bought a new digital and video camera to capture special moments. The digital camera was manageable, but I had a hard time figuring out how the video camera would work perfectly. Good thing the instruction manual sony handycam provided, helped me to manage my new gadget. I was used to having only a camera with me whenever I get to travel to other places. Since this will be a family vacation, I want my parents to see videos of our tour when we get home they enjoy viewing videos of us being together. Fortunate enough, I had the instruction manual with me if not, the video camera would go useless. Before you go out to travel to other places, it’s important to be ready anytime especially when it comes to capturing special moments. |
