The Morning After the Most Epic Night Ever Recorded

When I was in college, my roommates and I used to throw fairly large parties in our apartment. We had one of the largest rooms on our floor, so everyone tended to flock to our end of the hall regardless of whether or not we sent out invitations. One weekend in particular the whole campus was celebrating a football win, and our party's attendance was particularly high. After a night of drunken debauchery and several visits from the local police department, the party disbanded and we all passed out. The next morning was a disaster. I'd cleaned deso oil tanks in a previous job, and this task was a match to any clean-up I'd done professionally before. There were beer cans everywhere, pizza boxes under the couches, and random articles of clothing strewn about the kitchen. We needed more bleach and paper towels than the grocery had to clean up the mess. We broke down the jobs necessary to whip the place back into shape, and several hours and lots of sweat later, we pretty much had the place back to normal. We ended up taking close to ten black trash bags full of beer cans to the dumpsters out back! After that weekend we made sure to keep our party attendance to a more reasonable level.
