As we get older it becomes more important that we get fit. This is because our bodies tend to need more help to get them to work properly. It is ideal if we are fit throughout our lives, but if you want a reason to start, then age is a huge one.

You will need to check with your doctor before you start, just to see whether there are any types of exercise that you should not do and then you can get on with it. You need only have a short walk each day to start with, but you should aim to build up so that you are constantly pushing yourself to do more.
